Maintaining and preserving our outstanding recreational and park facilities is one of the highest priorities of the Town of New Castle Recreation and Parks Commission.   New Castle's seven parks, totaling 517 acres, offer outdoor opportunities for recreation, education and relaxation. The mission of the New Castle Recreation and Parks Commission is to enhance the quality of life for the New Castle residents by preserving land and the environment.  For more information, please contact the Recreation and Parks office.
