Before you start you can pick up a map at Town Hall, 200 South Greeley Ave., Chappaqua.
In Chappaqua: For a healthy and delicious meal, pick up food from Gail Patrick's Cafe (31 S. Greeley Ave.) Take a salad, hop in the car and head over to Whippoorwill Park. Walk any of the trails, take in your surroundings, and work up an appetite. At some point, stop in the woods for your food to eat and relax in the wilderness. After lunch, finish up your hike and then exit the woods. If you're still desperate for some more movement, call up your friends and take a ball over to the Bell Middle School fields to play a little soccer. After this full and fun day, indulge a bit and have dinner at Quaker Hill Tavern (61 North Bedford Rd.). With its variety of delicious American specialties, there is something for everyone. After dinner, go home and get some rest!
In Millwood: Enjoy some exercise! Head over to Gedney Park and take a walk on one of its trails. Take the red path for a more strenuous walk or the nature trail to learn something. When you are finished, go back to the beginning of the trails After that, grab your bike and take a ride on the Bike Path that runs parallel with Route 100. Choose your own pace and distance, but enjoy the views along with the exercise. When you're done, take a deep breath and relax for a while. Finish your day with dinner at Country Deli (74 Millwood Rd) and then get some rest because you've earned it!
In Chappaqua and Millwood: Wake up and roll into a chair at Le Jardin du Roi (95 King Street), to taste 2005 Westchester Magazine's "Best Breakfast." Try a deliciously gooey omelet, or some scrumptious French toast. After that, walk across the street to the New Castle Historical Society's Headquarters in the Greeley House (100 King Street) and learn about the fascinating history of Chappaqua, including figures like Horace Greeley and religious groups like the Quakers. Take one of their worthwhile walking tours around Chappaqua or take one of your own. After that, for lunch, head up the hill for a great sandwich at Lange's Little Store and Delicatessen (382 King St.). When you are full, walk over to the Crown House Antiques (297 King St) for a little antique shopping. You'll be able to find any and every kind of antique you could ever want. It's a great place to shop and savor the history of its objects. Then drive over to the old Millwood Train station and take a mental trip back in time to when the town grew up around it. For dinner, put on your nicest shoes and arrive in style to the Kittle House (11 Kittle Road). A house that's been in existence for over 200 years, the Kittle House offers the perfect balance of historical oasis and exquisite food. Take in history with a great meal.
In Chappaqua: If the kids are early risers, take them to the Chappaqua Restaurant & Coffee Shop (10 S Greeley Ave) for chocolate chip pancakes. In Millwood: Grab a few sandwiches from Rocky's (235 Saw Mill River Rd) and get ready to go go go! Start the day at Gedney Park on its great playground. The kids will enjoy it and you can go back in time on the swing-set to your own childhood. Spend the morning making up games about treehouses and evil witches; the kids will definitely want to play. Stroll over to the picnic tables to eat your lunch and relax after all the adventures of your morning. After lunch, take out a baseball bat and some softballs and head over to the sports fields to play a few rounds. If you don't like baseball or the fields are full, try soccer or even just play catch. Good exercise and good fun! Finish your day with a delicious pizza or pasta from Tonino Pizzeria e Contorni (Millwood Shopping Center at 238 Saw Mill River Rd).

Once you're in Millwood already, give yourself a gift and have scrumptious dinner at Spaccarelli's (Millwood Shopping Center at 238 Saw Mill River Road). After all this giving, you deserve it.

Grab a friend and start your day off at Indigo (20 King St), a fabulous store filled with jeans, nice blouses, and even jewelry. You can make up an entire wardrobe shopping in this one store. However don't spend your entire budget there because you also must stop at Great Stuff (3 S Greeley Ave). After that shopping extravaganza, enjoy some Asian Fusion food at Spoon, 415 King St. Revitalize yourself, because the next leg of shopping may be a bit more difficult. Pick up the kids from school and take them over to Always the Children (14 S Greeley Ave), and treat them to an enchanting store created for kids. For new clothes for the whole family, head on over to Family Britches (70 King Street). Quality clothes for all, without exception. At the end of the day, treat yourself to a nice pedicure to match your new clothes at Paradise Nails (230 Saw Mill River Rd) in Millwood.
