lists the documents concerned with the currently proposed use of the Reader's Digest
Property (referred to as the Chappaqua Crossing development).
Documents will be listed in chronological order with the latest documents at
the top. In most cases you will need the Adobe

- The Town Board, at the February 26, 2008 Town Board Meeting, adopted the
DEIS
Scoping Document for the Chappaqua Crossing development.
- The
deadline for the submission of written, or emailed, comments by the public
and by Involved and Interested Agencies on the scoping process has past. However, we appreciate
your comments, and your continued input is valued and encouraged throughout the
entire process. Please check this Web site periodically for updates.
- The New Castle Planning
Board's Review Report (December 20, 2007) of the Chappaqua
Crossing - Town Board Referral of Petition for Zoning map Amendment and
MFPD District Preliminary Development Concept Plan Approval.
- The New Castle Town Board adopted a Positive
SEQR Declaration on the Chappaqua Crossing development on November
27, 2007.

- The New Castle Town Board adopted a SEQR
Resolution on Chappaqua Crossing as Lead Agency on August 14,
2007.
- In July 2007, the New Castle Town Board received a Letter
Presenting a Verified
Petition for establishment of an MFPD District and preliminary
development plan for Chappaqua Crossing. An Exhibit

Revision (08/13/2007) accompanied the Petition.
