Town of New Castle Development Plans and
Reports
This Web page
lists the documents concerned with the Town of New Castle's Development Plans
and Reports that have been generated over the past several years. In most cases you will need the Adobe
Acrobat Reader software installed on your
computer to view and/or print out these documents. Keep in mind that some of
these Acrobat (.pdf) files are many megabytes in size and may take some time
to download to your PC depending upon the speed of your Internet connection.

The Town of New Castle is looking to enhance the identity of downtown
Chappaqua as a vibrant town center. This renewed community vision for the
downtown, facilitated by Project for Public Spaces, Inc. (PPS), will help
ensure that the town grows and matures in an integrated way that best
supports the community. In June
of 2007, PPS submitted a report for their findings.
